Shipping Policy

We ship all orders within 48 hours of business days from multiple US warehouses!

You can choose 7-14 day expedited express or standard 10-20 day shipping at your convenience.

Please refer to your tracking number upon receipt for more information on delivery, or contact our support team.

Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card to make the purchase.

Once we receive your order, we will automatically send the order to our warehouse to confirm it is in stock and ready to ship immediately.

If your item is out of stock or out of stock, we will cancel the pre-authorization and contact you by email.

If your item is ready to ship immediately (within 5 business days), we will process the fee and submit the order for shipment.

Order shipped


If your order is in stock and we charge your credit card, it will ship within 2 business days of your order being placed.

We will send tracking information to the email address you provided during checkout within 48 hours of your order leaving our warehouse.

penalty for damages

Please check the package when the item arrives and if you find any damage please note it when you sign for it.

If your item does arrive damaged please send a photo to ktsredline@gmail.com

Cancellations and Refunds

If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the actual return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used to place the order.
